Works great, takes sometime to find the right tension points. I wish it was easier to reset from standing to seated play without too much overhang. Trial and error depending on your playspace. I go from seated to laying on a couch so I either have to much slack when standing or too much tension pulling when laying down that I have to adjust manually between playstyles.

You get several different options for mounting, including both adhesive and threaded hooks. The tension is perfect for my index, and has given me no issues so far!

I picked up a set of VR cable management wires similar to these several months back and wound up hardly ever using them because the loops that support the cables were too loose and they slid along the wires. While playing, the cords would always wind up bunched together in one spot, effectively eliminating the usefulness of having them supported from above and causing sagging wires to get in my way while playing. These have a rubberized loop to grip the cables that virtually eliminates the sliding. I cannot even believe how much of a difference that small thing makes! Playing active games with a full 360 degree rotation is tons more fun when you arent worried about getting tangled up in wires. Honestly, these were well worth the few extra dollars in cost over some similar products.

The pulleys hold the cabling up for the Valve Index as they should. The pulleys do not have so much tension that they noticeable pull up on your head. If set up correctly the system allows you to move where you need to move without becoming tangled up in the cables or worrying about the cable being crushed by chair wheels if you are seated; by the way I use the same setup for seated, small room play (9x6 or so in size), and just standing - no need to modify the system if you get setup good.

I had previously bought the $20 VR Cable Management from KIWI, and Im replacing them for multiple reasons, which the pro version has improvements for: The wire - steel vs dyneema: The pro version has a dyneema wire, which is stronger than steel, more flexible, cannot rust, cannot weaken from bending, cannot weaken from twisting. These are all problems that I experienced with the thin steel wire, which broke after 150-200 hours of use, and Im confident the dyneema will handle constant movement and bending far better than steel. The cable holder - silicone strap vs rubber o-ring: The pro version has a plastic cable holder with a silicone strap to buckle the cable in. On the standard version, they give you a rubber o-ring, which you wrap around your cable, and attach to a tiny metal clip with sharp edges. The metal clip wears into the o-rings and causes them to break. On the pro version, the silicone strap is far thicker than the o-ring, and is held straight by the plastic buckle, so it cannot twist or wear down. The wall attachment is identical to the standard version, which is fine. It worked well for me in the past, and I dont mind that nothing changed. Though the standard version also used the metal clips and o-ring to attach to the wall. The pro version has a silicone loop built into the reels, which again, is much better because the o-rings can break. The overall construction is also much nicer. The reel is a custom plastic mold for the brand with a higher quality plastic, as opposed to the standard version, which looks and feels like a generic part, made with cheap materials. The higher quality materials do make the pro version quieter than the standard version, but I would not call it silent. There is still the sound of the the reel (think of how a retractable badge, or key holder sounds). I look forward to using the pro version of this product for a long time, and I would recommend anyone considering the standard version to upgrade. The standard version will work ok, but it will wear down after a while.

I bought my son the Valve Index for Christmas, and he purchased these later. I was very impressed with how easy they were to set up. How well they stick to the ceiling and how quiet they are. Well worth the money.

Got these for my HP Reverb G2. Having to deal with stepping over and around a cable that was constantly hitting my back was awful and broke immersion. These fix that problem spectacularly. The G2s cable has too much friction for it to really make it feel wireless, I still feel tension when I move or lean too far away from the main pulleys, but thats the fault of the G2, not this system. Other headset cables dont have the same sticky, rubbery quality, and I imagine with those you basically cant feel the wire anymore. Going to be looking into getting some smooth mesh to go around my cable to fix that for myself.

Worked perfectly for cable management for my new Playstation psvr2. Easy to put up...used the screws instead of the adhesive pads. I first used command strips to make sure of my placement and a quick change out to a more permanent installation.
