    Hello I have an MSI X570 Motherboard with USB C 3.2 Gen2 on it, I bought this drive so I could transfer large files fast Got fooled by the False advertising of speeds on amazon very disappointed in this product no wonder it was cheap they probably rebranded crap drive as Samsung T7

    I wasnt sure if I could run high end games off a usb 3.1 [sometimes called 3.2] usb slot. I can run very high end demanding games off this drive. Its not flawless I did get a disc error or 2 when installing massive games but it was easy to fix in steam by verifying integrity. Havent had a single issue with it thus far. I would recommend this when its on sale.

    Im using this as a Time Machine backup drive with my Mac. Id been using an old HDD external drive that was big and clunky and over time, it had gotten noisy. This drive is silent, and tiny--about the size of a thick credit card. As long as it stays reliable (and I have no reason to think it wont), its a vast improvement!

    I bought this to transfer files from my old PC to my new Macbook and was happily surprised how fast it is. It just works when plugged into old Windows computer and new Apple computer with no fuss.
