> 3 dayLoving this new laptop...I had a previous version of HP laptop also. I love the reliability of the machines, the ease of use and the speed. Super purchase. My only negative comment would be that I waited too long to replace my old machine. Thanks HP, keep up the great work of putting out top-of-the-line equipment.

> 3 dayI have one that bought when windows seven came out. It runs great and still fast enough for CAD work. I had to replace the battery once but it had been sitting for awhile. I bought the battery on Amazon. My one complaint is with windows. Once they stop supporting a version, they screw up your computer on line. I also updated to a new version on two other computers and it made them totally useless. I work with this computer off line. Window sucks, I wish there was a good alternative. I think they should expand Chrome book into a full working computer system.

> 3 dayUpdate 2020-07-30: This computer features two USB 3 ports on the left hand side. When a Logitech mouse and a Toshiba disk drive are connected to these ports at the same time, one of them becomes intermittent. Usually its the mouse, but today it was the disk drive. At this time the computer is plugged in and charging. I cannot recommend this computer for any application.

> 3 dayAbsolutely terrible display. Screen looked faded and while testing Youtube videos would randomly glitch and stutter. Automatic turnoff and return

> 3 dayI have to admit I got this over a year ago actually one year and 45 days. Was doing perfect had no issues and I was extremely happy with the product. The only issue after one year warranty ran out 45 days later the complete system crashed and cannot be fixed. By no one!. If I wanted to go ahead and get it fixed per the HP customer support technology they would have to replace the hard drive and everything else which would cost more than what the actual computer cost me. So let me just say this if you want to computer spend that kind of money for one year only this is the perfect computer you get if you want anything after a year and get another brand get another computer this is ridiculous. One year 45 days exactly
