> 3 dayI bought the HP 1BG94AA Hub for USB-C Laptops (USB-C to USB-A, USB-C, and HDMI) to connect a second monitor and use 2 monitors via HDMI and USB-C (HP hub) but this original part didnt work with the laptop. So I recommend DONT BUY THIS LAPTOP.

Greater than one weekI bought 2 of these for my daughters so they could do distance learning. They are great for that (although I wished they had more USB ports). BUT- while the speakers are decent and have a good volume, the built in microphone is GARBAGE. Pay $25 and get yourself a stand-alone USB microphone or a USB headset with a boom microphone. You will be glad you did.

> 3 dayThe internal specs seem good on paper but the build quality is not good, keyboard click feels cheap and the mouse pad is terrible, it’s off balance and does not sit steady on the table, now a days when buying a Laptop we want for the hardware be at least built to feel sturdy not like it was just for selling another computer.

> 3 dayI would not recommend this laptop. Worked “ok” for a year and then the WiFi/network adapter quit working. I looked through other reviews and same thing. Purchased 5/31/20 but for whatever reason the warranty was less than a year after purchase. I bought an adapter so it can still be used but must be plugged into Ethernet cord. No more WiFi is not good for less than a year old.

> 3 dayWhat a piece of crap. The hard drive already went and I had to spend another 300 to get it fixed. Not happy at all
