> 24 hourI bought 2 of these for my daughters so they could do distance learning. They are great for that (although I wished they had more USB ports). BUT- while the speakers are decent and have a good volume, the built in microphone is GARBAGE. Pay $25 and get yourself a stand-alone USB microphone or a USB headset with a boom microphone. You will be glad you did.

> 24 hourOverall pretty good I guess. Im not one who has purchased many laptops so my evaluation may be biased or uninformed, but for the price, I say you get what you payed for. Screen quality is good and battery is fair, lasting me 4-6 hours depending on the battery setting

> 24 hourThis laptop arrived on May 7/2020. It arrived a day earlier than expected in good condition and without any damage. The battery takes 100% charge in 1 hour and 55 minutes. After charging the battery lasted 5 hours between videos on YouTube and browsing the web .. The screen resolution looks very good. Image quality very good. It takes 8 seconds to turn on. The screen is not touch. The keyboard is not illuminated. The fan is silent when used with the battery When it is connected to the power the fan is heard a little but its sound is not annoying. It is very light. Its measurements are 14 1/8 inch x 9 1/2 inch. Today I have 10 days with this Laptop and so far I am very happy with it.good investment.when I have more time with this laptop I will come back and make another review.

> 24 hourPay for quality I wish I would have gotten a Mac because I’ve been having so many problems with this laptop and I haven’t even had it a year don’t waste your money ...I will never buy a HP computer again the screen just blacks out and even if it’s on I can’t do anything about it I can’t even turn it off to restart it.

> 24 hourI bought this for my dad to use for simple things. Since the start the WiFi adapter was very finicky. It would drop the signal and refuse to reconnect. Didnt feel I should have to deal with such lame performance for a brand new laptop. So back to Amazon it went. Will look at a Lenovo instead.

> 24 hourLess than 8 months of use and the WiFi module stopped working and there are no drivers on the HP site to update the software. Software support only valid for 30 days after purchase. So HP blames Windows for a botched update. Independent computer tech says there is no fix for the missing wireless software drivers. Now we have an 8 month old laptop that can not connect to the internet. Do not buy HP

> 24 hourI received this laptop and probably would have liked it if the cord included wasnt defective. I tried another HP cord (that belonged to someone else) in the laptop and was able to see that the laptop was charging. But the cord included in the box wouldnt charge the laptop at all. So I had to return this product because I wasnt going to keep the laptop and have to purchase a power cord too!!!
