good works like it is supposed to ,much faster than my last HP laptop

It started crashing few times out of nowhere. The fan noise is unbearable at times because CPU is constantly high even with many processes disabled. Otherwise, good value for the price. I am returning it and trying out another laptop for now.

This unit will not run monitors off of the USB-C port which annoys me greatly since it only does data but it works quite well otherwise. The problem started a few days after I started using it. When I would move the mouse to do what you do with a mouse the screen would starting jumping and acting like it lost sync and at times the screen would go blank. A chat with HP support that ran over several days ended with them asking me to send the unit in for repair and that is where it sits. I did hear they received it several days ago but nothing so far on the return or repair. No calls about not being able to duplicate my issue, nothing. Im starting to wish I had returned it to Amazon and bought a better model.

I received this laptop and probably would have liked it if the cord included wasnt defective. I tried another HP cord (that belonged to someone else) in the laptop and was able to see that the laptop was charging. But the cord included in the box wouldnt charge the laptop at all. So I had to return this product because I wasnt going to keep the laptop and have to purchase a power cord too!!!

Unfortunately, the charger has stopped working, the computer is not yet 4 months old.
