I have been sewing for years and honestly never knew the Grab It existed! Now I dont know how I got along without it. Its a fantastic concept and a must for anyone who sews. I first saw it on a sewing tutorial, went to Amazon and ordered it! It is so useful, no longer do I have pins all over my sewing area including the floor! I just put my pins near the top and it sucks them in. Or if I do drop any on the floor I can just wave it over the area and it will find them and pick them up. My whole family will appreciate no more pins on the floor!! Perfect! Love that it comes with additional pins as well. Do yourself a favor and get a Grab It asap!!

Not only does it hold your pin while you work, but it makes cleanup a breeze and keeps pins from getting everywhere while sewing

Recently, I have had a bad case of either the knock overs or the dropsies. This has saved my sanity. I have one of those telescoping wands with the magnet and the light at the end of it. It doesnt compare. I like it much better when I dont have to pick up my spilled sewing pins. I knocked this off my sewing machine cabinet, and went to pick up the pins. None of them spilled! None! Zip! 0!Nada! Im such a happy camper. And, something worked just as its supposed to! Thank you Grabbit and Amazon.

This was exactly what I was looking for; the pins stay on even when turned upside down and shaken. That this came with pins, too, was an added bonus. It is a nice size and appears sturdy. I was told by a family member that this would be great for paperclips, too. No doubt that is true.

Hold this over the floor or on carpet and it picks up all the pins you dropped! Nice! Nice! Nice! Wish I would have had this when I was 15 and learning to sew. Thanks!

I love this magnetic pin holder. It keeps the pins in place. Definitely a keeper

This product has decent weight and does not tip over. While sewing, I am able to reach for or place pins on the plate/disk without having to look at it. The magnet is strong enough to grab the pins wherever I place them. It is smooth and comes in pretty colors.

I sew in several rooms in my house, this is so convenient that I always go get it from the other room. As a new sewer this is my best buy so far.

This is my second grabbit, the other one having been very old and broke when I dropped it on a concrete floor. It was purchased when they first came out. I was gifted a magnetized metal bowl to take its place but it isn’t the same. The pins are easier to pick up when they are on top instead of down inside a bowl.

This is my second magnetic pin cushion and they’re great. My problem is with the pins that come with it. They don’t seem to want to pierce regular quilting cotton and make large holes. In 50 years of sewing I’ve never had a problem with pins. They’re just pins! Why don’t they do their job?
