Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-76E1T0B/AM)

Bought this to replace a failed traditional hard drive in my laptop, and it definitely did the trick. I dont think Ill ever go back to a non SSD hard drive again. This has made such a huge difference in the performance of my antiquated laptop, it feels quicker than before. Well see how long this one lasts but from all accounts this should be good for awhile. The price is unbeatable especially if you can stack with other cash back offers.

This ssd offers great bang for the buck. It is a Samsung device, so you know it is good quality.

I had a garbage 7200 rpm HD that was so slow, when I benchmarked it, I was in the bottom 5% of the overall tested population when it came to performance. The upgrade, now with the bottleneck resolved, put my overall system performance through the roof. Note for amateur installers (like me): be very careful when removing/unplugging the HD cable. It is small, delicate, and easily damaged.

I installed the SSD in my Asus laptop to replace my 1T hard disk. I found the installation (at least from the SSD side) really easy, and the performance is great.

I was completely happy with how easy the program Samsung has for this SSD is to migrate to this SSD from my HDD. As soon as I got things settled and booted up the instant and obvious speed of this SSD blew me away. 100% worth the extra money over other SSD. If anything just how easy it was to migrate was worth the money.

Went from a sata disk HD to this and by far the best upgrade to make your pc faster. Had to change BIOS boot from Legacy+UEFI to just UEFI to get it to boot correctly to install Windows 10. Pull the trigger, youll be glad you did.

Its a model behind the current model but it doesnt show. I bought this to replace the 1gb HDD that came in my new laptop. I wanted super fast storage that wouldnt break if I dropped my laptop, thats how my last drive died. Drive is nice and fast and Samsung Magician software helps manage the drive.

I really like this SSD. It is very fast compared to my old HDD. I had absolutely no problems when cloning my HDD to this SSD. Once I did clone it and booted using my new SSD, the speed was absolutely amazing. Would recommend a hundred times over!
