> 24 hourNo touch screen at all. This laptop after 6 months of use suddenly shuts down by itself just while browsing the internet. This laptop is worthless.

> 24 hourIm getting ready to send it in for a second time for touchpad issues. The right click side either wont go down, or gets stuck down. The escape button will sometimes get me out of it being stuck on something, but not always. Cheap piece of garbage that I wish I could return. Will stick to HP or Dell from now on.

> 24 hourI had one of my kids use this laptop daily for 3 weeks and compared against a different brand which was on sale for around the price I paid for this one. The laptops were very similar, I like that this Lenovo has a manual camera privacy switch, but I could not get over the contrast. It has a high contrast and sometimes at certain angles its hard to see whats on screen. No matter how much we played with the contrast settings we could not get it to a good level. Its still usable but if you compare to another laptop close by its hard to settle on the screen contrast.

> 24 hourIt’s great very easy to set up. However I do not like how fast the battery runs out like if I’m playing an online game it runs out a little over an hour without being plugged in.

> 24 hourNot impressed so far. Its fine for a workhorse but it has a bad habit of freezing and crashing to the point where I have to do a hard reboot (terrible for the laptop). The screen is fine except for when Im connecting remotely, then it becomes really hard to see. If you need a cheap laptop and do not need to connect remotely to another computer, then this might work for you. Normally I like Lenovo products but this was a bit of a disappointment.

> 24 hourMysteriously, the laptop will no longer turn on. I am now searching for some customer support, and have learned that the model we have is meant for sale in China only, so I am being directed to the Chinese Lenovo site. This is NOT promising.

> 24 hourSo to get a computer home this is a great value. If you want to run programs or even have virus protection you are going to spend money. You can get 1 week free on the word processor but it requires a credit card. The same was true with virus protection. You can get on the internet right off but you are not protected. As far as the hardware the computer has a wonderful flat keyboard and mouse. The screen is nice and clear. It has Windows 10 home running on it to start. I am using it to store all my pictures from my cameras. I cannot load my Photoshop on it as there is no DVD or CD drive. So all my expensive programs are worthless now. Oh well, that is progress. Just be aware that you will need to spend more money to get it to be fully functional. It is still a great value with all things considered. The processor is very fast. I suppose I could set up an external CD drive and transfer programs but they were from Windows 7 time. I really like how thin and lightweight the laptop is.
