I work online, so I spend all my workday on a computer. For me, comfort, speed, and not getting in my way when Im trying to work are the essentials.

For gaming this it’s fine but it’s just super laggy sometimes and the internet disconnects right away none of my other computers do that. and it takes like five mins to die from 100%

A very lightweight and thin machine. So simple to get going once it arrives: plug in the power cord, follow the prompts through Cortana and done! (10 minutes, maybe?) to set up and begin working. Lenova is a good computer brand and this IdeaPad is a great buy and a great laptop. It is so simple that even someone who isnt computer-savvy will be able to set it up and begin using it immediately.

This was a gift and presented on the special day, unfortunately we had difficulty setting up the computer. No instructions were provided but a help number was. We spoke to a technician following her instructions to no avail. We asked for a level 2 or higher qualified tech, placed on hold and eventually disconnected. On our fourth attempt we reached a tech person who offerer several options that involved paying for his services. At that point we gave up and returned the computer. Never had the opportunity to use the computer and can’t comment on the product but the the service or No Service was frustrating and we decided against buying the product

I ordered a Brand New Laptop but the Laptop I received was Used one. And also the laptop that I received was already logged in with Account. So I was unable to use it all. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRODUCT.

Does the job for a 1st Laptop

I dont use my computer for social media, a game, and email, this computer is perfect for me.

I checked the title of the product stating it has 8gb of RAM and 256 of SSD disk, which is false, yes in description it says the correct values, but title is misleading, the price is not correct for the specs of the device, you should do a better market check and you will find better products for the same price, further than that, it is pretty much the expected, nothing too fancy.

Great computer for distance learning.
