Love love love this laptop very slim and lightweight, make sure you know what your doing if your trying for development mode the AMD acts different than the Intel chip

Yes the price is decent. I needed a long overdue upgrade, There is no Backlit Keyboard, its just an indicator light for Caps Lock and Number Lock. I dont have touchscreen, however there is an on screen keyboard feature, which I dont understand why? But for the price.... well its a good value.

Start up is fast after shut down and system does not freeze when multiple apps are running simultaneously. Great product.

Im getting ready to send it in for a second time for touchpad issues. The right click side either wont go down, or gets stuck down. The escape button will sometimes get me out of it being stuck on something, but not always. Cheap piece of garbage that I wish I could return. Will stick to HP or Dell from now on.

Kid uses it for school and does everything it needs to do.

Took a while to set up

my only problem is it prohibits using different programs for things such as browsers or anti-spyware/virus. At least I havent figured out how to do it, so far. but otherwise, its a nice computer!

This was a gift and presented on the special day, unfortunately we had difficulty setting up the computer. No instructions were provided but a help number was. We spoke to a technician following her instructions to no avail. We asked for a level 2 or higher qualified tech, placed on hold and eventually disconnected. On our fourth attempt we reached a tech person who offerer several options that involved paying for his services. At that point we gave up and returned the computer. Never had the opportunity to use the computer and can’t comment on the product but the the service or No Service was frustrating and we decided against buying the product

I like the Lenovo flex with touch screen better. I had to buy a mouse...It could have been better.
