Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, 15.6 HD Display, AMD Ryzen 3 3250U, 4GB RAM, 128GB Storage, AMD Radeon Vega 3 Graphics, Windows 10 in S Mode

Had to replace a fairly new HP that the screen quit working on. This is the 3rd Lenovo Ive purchased, replacing all the HPs as they become obsolete. Well Pleased.

This computer is for my granddaughter to do her school work on while her mom is at work. This is perfect for my use, its small and compact and doesnt weigh much. The computer talked me through the set up process, it was super easy. The picture is absolutely perfect as is the sound. I dont know much about computers but Im happy with this one, it will serve my purpose perfectly.

A month ago i was promised a new laptop to replace the defective one. But Id have to wait for them to send a shipping label. It never came. Then they offered other options, which they promised to send in writing. Never came. Many many emails, phone calls, usually no response or occasionally a we really care, well send this to someone to look at and he will get back to you asap. Which never happens. No mailing label, no working laptop, the runaround ... this is a terrible company. I highly recommend you NOT BUY FORM LENOVO.

Keeps freezing every so often. Not that fast outside of initial bootup. Save your money or invest in another brand with a SSD.

Ive had this laptop for 5 days, and it has frozen on me constantly. The ctrl, alt & delete doesnt help. I have to do a hard reset. This is my 3rd Lenovo and I never had a problem with the other two. This one however is a big lemon.

Yes the price is decent. I needed a long overdue upgrade, There is no Backlit Keyboard, its just an indicator light for Caps Lock and Number Lock. I dont have touchscreen, however there is an on screen keyboard feature, which I dont understand why? But for the price.... well its a good value.

The laptop, like many other lenovo laptops is cheaply built - and is not intended to be resistant to the most minor of stresses placed on the cables or impacts caused by falls. It gets the job done quite fine, and the cheap plastic chassis keeps it lightweight.
