> 3 dayI bought 2 of these and use them to backup Blu-rays and UHDs to while saving to expand the storage of my file server. I have spare cables plugged into my HTPC to watch content directly off of them.

> 3 dayBought this to back up a ton of image files and so far its working perfectly. The interface I found quirky, but finally figured it out. I gave a three for tech support only because I havent used it. I doubt Ill be porting this anywhere, but, if I were, its exceedingly compact and the fact that it runs off USB power is a huge plus. Overall, great purchase at an amazing price..

> 3 dayYou ever wonder what you could do with 5 terabytes of your own cloud, just skip the cloud get an external hard drive well Ill tell you you can copy the cover art and 4000 Blu-rays and DVD movies. You could also used it to backup your computer so you never ever have to worry about ransomware. All this at a reasonable price.

> 3 dayObviously there are larger storage options. While I can say that this is a great option for portability, for some reason it ejects from my pc constantly. I don’t have this issue with any of my other hard drives or equipment. However, it could just be the one that I have.

Greater than one weekI use this to back up my C: drive and NAS. It does not require a separate power supply, drawing power through the USB-3 cable. It is quiet, and very easy to transport.

> 3 daySo Ive been using this device for about a year. Then I noticed that intermittently it would not appear in Explorer. Its plugged in, why isnt it working. Well, after literally months of this, Im just now figuring out that its the cord that goes from the unit to the USP port thats causing an issue. Its not secure, kind of wiggles. I dont want to get another unit because the stupid connection doesnt work but what use is the drive if it wont boot up. Unfortunately, my availability to have tech support ended just a mere 10 days ago. Not sure what to do at this point. So, just check that your cord is really tight and secure if you buy this device. If not, return it and look for another brand.
