I love my hp lap top. It is not a touch screen.

Love it!

I purchased this laptop for a tech bootcamp and while I was excited to get it and am in love with the size, the specs are different from what I got.

This works wonderfully for what I need it for! It responds very fast, and the pictures are sharp and clear. The solid state memory has been a pleasant surprise, as its the first of its kind I have owned.

The battery would not charge from the start. Turns out the battery was no good. Horrible.

There is something wrong with the way the keyboard is set up you can’t see the numbers and letters. Also from now on when I buy a computer I will have a touchscreen. The battery life is only OK.

Easy to use, windows 11 is set up a lot different than 10

The battery does not hold charge. Fully charged battery lost 20% after 30 minutes from unplugging. The bottom of laptop gets really hot. I would not recommend. Will return due to the incredible amount of heat that it puts out. Excessive heat shortens the life of electronics. For the cost, I expected better.

This came with Windows 10 S which seems fairly secure. I have already upgraded to Windows 11 S.

I was thrilled to find this computer for our homeschool family. It is working great.
