I am very pleased. I waited before I wrote a review to make sure everything was still good. Large screen, perfect keyboard, and very good clarity on screen. No DVD but thats okay because I already knew that and not worried. I bought a mouse to use with it and worked out great. You get free trial for mcafee and its all setup. I decided to go with Norton but was happy it automatically starts with an anti-virus. Great price and if you are looking for a good lap top go with this one. I researched for days and Im pleased I chose this one.

Love it this is my first labtop

This is a Great Business Presentation LapTop! I bought it for my wife so she can sit in her easy chair and catch up on emails etc. Also she uses it for Bible Study and some card games. Great Graphics for business and website work!

I like the laptop but the description is wrong on the site no back lit keyboard no finger touch log on .. it’s working fine but false advertising as it’s best it’s like the reviews are for all the laptops like this model because it says on thing in the description only to not have it when it shows up

I recieved this item yesterday and the touch pad did not work. Called HP tech support. He was able to get into my computer and do all the updates as well as unlock the device after 2 hours the tech tells me it is a hrad ware issue and teh device touch pad is defected and to return the device. I printed off the return label only to find out that I have to pay to have this defective device in order to return. There is no contact info for the seller to discuss this issue further. Very unhappy customer

I purchased this laptop for a tech bootcamp and while I was excited to get it and am in love with the size, the specs are different from what I got.

bought it because of STATED LIGHTED KEYBOARD there is NO LIGHTED KEYBOARD (DEALBREAKER).

Would buy again.

I need hot spot but it works really well. I love the computer.
