There is something wrong with the way the keyboard is set up you can’t see the numbers and letters. Also from now on when I buy a computer I will have a touchscreen. The battery life is only OK.

This is a Great Business Presentation LapTop! I bought it for my wife so she can sit in her easy chair and catch up on emails etc. Also she uses it for Bible Study and some card games. Great Graphics for business and website work!

So far just a month with it. But the large 17 screen, the processing speed i love. Light up keyboard would have been a great idea though seeing that I use this mostly at nights when im home. However, no complaints. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Respect from Jamaica.

This is not a touch screen. I’ve had it less than a week but so far all seems to be really good. No complaints!

This laptop is great for getting clerical work or simple tasks such as web based business or office products completed. Id say the only real drawback is the screen quality. It looks rather washed out, but otherwise it works great for what I need it to do. Great for work, good for watching videos, and naturally, bad for video games with the exception simple pixel or old indie games. It also doesnt have a SD card reader built in, but you can get a usb adaptar for that. If you are going to process a lot of data at one time, such as large databases or many browser windows, I suggest upgrading the RAM to 12 or 16GB as the 8GB it comes with gets eaten up quickly. It is a simple and inexpensive upgrade and HP made accessing it easy. Just watch out for the hidden screws under the rubber grips.
