HP 14-inch Touchscreen Laptop, AMD Ryzen 3-3200U up to 3.5GHz, 8GB DDR4, 256GB SSD, Bluetooth, USB 3.1 Type-C, Webcam, WiFi, HDMI, Windows 10 Home

This was bought 2 Christmass ago, and because of a sickness could not use it. Started using it about 6m ago, and now it crashes every 30 min, heats up and i basically have to wait 24 hours for it to cool down to turn back on. Horrible product! I would almost say its refurbished. Also there nothing saved on it other than some images.

At the moment I am very happy with my purchase. The laptop has a nice finish and looks stylish. One thing that I didn’t like is the weight. It looks light when you look at it but it is heavier than it seems. The second thing I didn’t like is that it came with Windows 10s. Nothing that can’t be fixed as I downloaded Windows home for free. The laptop handles everyday things like email, web surfing, and creation of documents like a champ. Watching videos and movies is a breeze and you can even play some of your favorite games thanks to its 8GB of Ram and its Ryzen 3 processor. It comes with a 1 month trial of 365 which I do not need since I can access it online from my student account.

This product was HORRIBLE and SLOW and the screen was soo dim even on high brightness, and the fan was so loud, I promise you this laptop is not worth it!

Within 2 months I started getting an error. I’m not sure if this was actually a new laptop. Don’t trust it.

Good product, not a great amount of storage now that I have it. And the keys started fading and its only been a few months since i got it. Its fast enough, touch screen is great.

This laptop is perfect for what I use it for which is shopping, working from home and surfing the net. Love the touchscreen as well. Im very happy with this purchase.

All is fine besides the fan makes too much noise too often.

I love this laptop, it is portable, I use it mainly for my studies, it has everything I want in a laptop, that is why I want to reorder it for my daughter
