Love everything except for the battery life. After 4 hours, the laptop will be at quarter battery life and needs to be plugged in. Touch screen is great and its fairly lightweight. Good for business and homeschool work.

It is versatile, easy to use. however, the storage capacity is not enough

Within 2 months I started getting an error. I’m not sure if this was actually a new laptop. Don’t trust it.

Bought this laptop for my wife, as she teaches special needs children and needed a Zoom ready upgrade from her old pc. It arrived brand new, in the original packaging, so we figured it was good. Not the case. From the moment we powered it on, it started acting up. Random screens opening for no reason, the cursor for the mouse would drag itself around the screen, completely oblivious to the trackpad. Fortunately, the one star review is for the product itself. Amazon customer service gets 5 stars, as they ordered a replacement for us immediately, with the tracking information emailed to us before we even sent back the defective laptop. I’m praying that it was a one-off, and our replacement will work beautifully. I will submit a review for the new one once we receive it.

I love this laptop, it is portable, I use it mainly for my studies, it has everything I want in a laptop, that is why I want to reorder it for my daughter

Clear touch screen and lightweight!

I should have sent the computer back the first week I had it. I thought as old as I am, it was probably me. Have learned it wasnt just me. I went back to my older HP Laptop. So I am out quite a bit of money, and nothing to show for it. In the future, I will buy from a store and not on line. I was told by Amazon it wasnt returnable. As a senior citizen or anyone that is sad to hear. Live and learn, but an expensive learning lesson for anyone!!!! Will buy computer devices from stores where you can return if it isnt satisfactory.

No this laptop is not worth the cost. Very disappointed

This is a quality laptop for the money. It’s not a speed demon but quick enough for everyday tasks and light multitasking. It did bog down a little right after I set it up and had Google drive downloading and uploading files simultaneously with OneDrive. But other than that it has been very responsive and quick. It boots up fast, Glary utilities calculated it at 15 seconds this morning. I’ve only used the touchscreen a little but when I have it’s worked perfectly. Overall this is a quality laptop for the money.
