> 24 hourLaptop is decent, very light weight, my only issue is that it runs kind of slow when opening and loading web browsers. The ram can be upgraded to speed it up. Other than that, its a good computer with lots of storage space.

> 24 hourI got this mostly so I would have access to Microsoft Word on a laptop that I could easily hold on my lap to use. I also love the raised keyboard so I can go back to typing without looking! Love the 14” screen size. The 15.5” would have been too big. There are so many bonuses I really didn’t expect and even forget to use, such as the touch screen! Just love this lap top!

> 24 hourThe shipping and delivery were outstanding! Start up and programs all run quickly and most are efficient - but that is always the way it should be with a new item. However, issues began when I started streaming any content from a variety of online sources like Xfinity, Amazon, Netflix, and it got worse trying to watch live sports. The video flickers and the audio lags. May be returning product if the drivers cant finesse the signal.

> 24 hourI had an HP desktop since I was around 12 year old, even then it was dated and this laptop was the perfect replacement. The laptop was packaged very nicely and the computer started up with no issues. The touchscreen isnt the best, but itll work for my artwork and animations. Overall this is a very nice computer. Its pretty fast, the screen resolution is great, keys all work great. Im happy with this laptop.
