Good little laptop. I mostly use it to write novels and play The Sims 4. I have a lot of mods and it runs The Sims well. A good purchase overall

Cord getting dangerous hot

this computer is so easy to set up and doesnt heat up so I can place it on my legs while using..

Disappointed by HP support. The system was upgraded to Win 11 immediately. Now, I cannot go back to Win 10. HP says that I need to download Win 10 from MS to reset this laptop.

Is pretty awesome!! Compare to my old laptop this is definitely a huge upgrade. Ty!!

Pequeña, pero lo que necesitaba mi pequeño

I, personally, love this laptop. Everything works as it should. I have about 4 hrs, of battery if Im streaming, or gaming. Closer to 5 if Im editing video. Closer to 6 hrs, if Im doing research, and working in a doc. Its not BAD, but I am generally carrying the cord around in the laptop bag, everywhere I go. Sometimes, it seems to die SUPER fast, but sometimes I find that something was downloading in the background, that I was unaware of. So, there is that.

The computer is small enough to carry in my tote bag. Its lightweight. It boots up very fast and I like the touchscreen. Its a great computer for work or school.
