It works! It fired right up ad away we go.

This is the first laptop that I have ever had that just randomly blacks out and then comes back on. Its actually pretty annoying! This issue should have been corrected before these computers hit the market. I have had HPs in the past that I have been quite happy with. This one, however, I must say I must say is disappointing.

i am having black screen issues when scrolling down, if i scroll back up it goes away but it is distracting.

I cannot use the computer because each time i use it. The computer gets freeze for a while and i cannot have this problem every time i do something on this computer. I do not know what to do to solve this. please help.

Meet my expectations in terms of specs and speed. It came brand new and in good condition.

Had to get a new laptop, this was reasonably priced and had the basics. Glad we got it, so far. Got the extra warranty, recommend it.

I bought this computer in October and within months had a fan issue. The computer shuts down while being used, which is a problem because I purchased it for my daughter for distance learning. This issue started right before the warranty expired. I purchased the computer on Oct. 19 and the warranty expired April 13, less than 6 months from purchase. I have spent hours and hours trying to get this fixed, but still have no resolution. I am very disappointed that the hardware broke down so quickly, but even worse was the customer service from HP trying to resolve the issue. I will never buy an HP again.

We just got this today so I don’t think I can give a real comprehensive review, but so far so good! It shipped fast, and arrived in great condition with good packaging. It booted up and started fine. The few things we did on it today went smoothly.
