Best Headset in the industry!

I really wanted to like this headset but ANR resulted in crackling and popping in my plane that could not be fixed. I returned the first pair thinking I got a defective unit but it was the same with the second. All I can guess is that my plane is to loud or the spl is to high in my little cockpit. I have an Arion Lightning LS-1 which is just a 120hp V6 Light Sport plane so I didnt think Id be on the high side of noisiness. I tried them plugged in to comms, unplugged from comms, with every possible seal on my head but got constant annoying crackling and popping sounds any time the ANR was turned on. I tried them in my house with my stereo blasting and they were amazing, just not in my plane. The electronic design of this headset is clearly not made to handle all environments and can be overpowered. To get crackle and pop for $1.1K calls for a 1 star unfortunately.
