I really love this PC I honestly highly recommend it however something that I found strange is that when I was playing a game it would lag without the charging cable attached but when I attached it, it would run like a charm

First gaming laptop for me. And I can’t say I am disappointed. It’s a nice machine, fast and pretty fast. Installed a couple more hard drives in there so now I got over 2 tb of space.

Probably the best laptop ive had! It was reliable even though I abused it by playing all games in max settings and getting too hot. The Kingston SSD inside of it was a tad bit slow and low in memory. The only reason why I decided to switch to a Desktop.

Not a bad gaming laptop but it noisy as all get out. My wife thought I had the shower running when the turbo mode fans kicked on.

For someone who bought just for gaming the camera didnt matter, battery life is ok but not that much of problem again since my table is near a socket. The gaming performance is outstanding for what it is, no problem with the hardware or software so far. Very satisfied.

I used 2017 Helios 300 for two years and the hinge of it was broken down due to mechanical failure. And Acer charged me for $640 to repair it. I just used it with a broken hinge for months because I did not want to pay that amount. But anyway, I broke the screen too after a few months. So I decided to buy a new one but WITH A WARRANTY this time. Hinge looks way better than 2017. I never had a performance issue with the previous one that is why I decided to buy this again even though all the problems I went through. I bought 4 years warranty this time for my sake. Hopefully, It would be nice everything will be fine and I dont have to use the warranty, but I feel confident because of the warranty.

It work fine the fist 6 Month after that I keep sending the computer at least once a month to support, fist they change the main board, the next month the keyboard, now it stop working again today. The worst part is that the computer is not being used for gaming I use it for my work as a software developer
