Greater than one weekI opted for this over a new AIO or even replacing the pump on my, now old, AIO. I took three of the fans on my old 360mm rad and attached them to the top of my case to simp,y exhaust hot air out. I was also able to attached two of Noctua’s industrial 3000rpm fans to the fins with those metal clips that come with the heat sync. It just took a small bit of stretching the clips to fit (I’ve opted to keep the included Chromax fans as backups in the event the current fans fail). I did a bunch of testing to see how well it kept temps under control. My CPU is overclocked to 5.2GHz at 1.42 volts (originally at 1.435), so I was expecting a little throttling when I ran prime95 under the worst the program could throw at me. Temps barely topped 80C with a momentary spike to 83C after 20 minutes of testing.

> 3 dayLike many others, I had to raise one of the fans to clear the memory modules, which left almost no clearance between that fan and the side glass panel. The memory modules are G.Skill Ripjaws V and the case is a Lian Li Lancool II Mesh.

24-09-2024The fan is great so far. Way quieter than the liquid cooling I had before. The only complaint is that the second fan cant fit in the case and because of my motherboard. Installing it was a bit annoying since you had to screw both sides at the same time (step by step). But other than that, its a great fan and would definitely recommend for its price.
