> 3 dayDer Geräuschpegel hängt zum einen von der Spannung ab mit der die Lüfter betrieben werden. 7,5 Volt find ich echt leise. 9 und 12 Volt sind schon merklich lauter. Allerdings darf man nicht vergessen Strömungsgeräusche nicht vom Läufter kommen sondern durch ungünstige Luftwege kommen, z. B. zu kleine Luftauslässe. Ich bin mit den Teilen zufrieden, habe auch noch andere Modelle vim selben Hersteller.

> 3 dayReplacing OEM CPU fan from a Synology Diskstation DS411+ NAS. Fits great. Connection to motherboard was a little finicky. Luckily, the fan kit includes a generic adapter that just has black and red wires coming out, as well as wire connectors. I cut the wires off the stock fan, stripped the sheathing off. Stripped the sheathing off the Noctua adapter. Joined in the wire connector - easily done by clamping down with a pair of pliers. The waterproof goop also extrudes out into the wire cavity to protect them even more!

> 3 dayMade an absolute night and day difference on my Monoprice Select Mini v2 3D printer. The stock fan had a lot of wobble and made a ton of noise, not so with this fan! Its so quiet you can hear the air move around the blades! Didnt think Id be impressed by a seemingly simple fan. I guess you can say, Im a fan! hah.

Reduced motor hub size
