Greater than one weekI only use mehron products for sfx work and this is one of my absolute favorite wheels. Its easy to apply, easy to take off, and offers every color needed for realistic bruises. People usually think theyre real! Its not bad for beginners either as long as you look up bruise healing stages to make sure your colors are accurate for the bruise youre trying to replicate. Its also inexpensive for the quality.

Greater than one weekJust what I was looking for. I went as a zombie for Halloween and this color wheel was great. Applied easily to the liquid latex and to skin. Came off with makeup wipes at the end of the night.

> 3 dayI was able to get a nice burn effect with this and some liquid latex and makeup sponges :) I found it comes off easier with micellar water than makeup wipes. Youll either need to let it dry for a while or set it with some translucent powder to make sure it doesnt smear when touched, but overall very pleased with this purchase!

> 3 dayThis wheel was so awesome! Do yourself a favor and spend the money on mehron for your sfx makeup needs. I watched a tutorial on how to achieve this look and it used this wheel. This makeup blended so well and created the perfect zombie look. The yellow and green undertones are spot on for bruised it dead looking skin. The black and red combined gave the perfect black eye.

> 3 dayIm no pro, just like zombies and Halloween, but I love this stuff and will never go back to the horrible stuff you get at Halloween stores.

> 3 dayI bought this for a Live Action Roleplay. The makeup stung for a few moments after application but it could just be my skin, which is rather sensitive. The palette is perfect. When applied correctly, it does a really good job of imitating all stages of a bruise. I was able to play one day with a total black eye, and the second day with a half healed black eye. I didnt have to reapply it often to maintain the effect. Excellent product, I am looking into their other products now.

> 3 dayGreat bruise wheel. Its just as good as the more expensive brands available. Highly recommended. This is part of my face painting kit and comes out mostly at Halloween, but also for little boys who want to look like zombies or generally gross. Photo included of a black eye done with this bruise wheel during Halloween. Used a latex sponge and a little bit of water to get it going. It really creeped my mom out!

> 3 dayThis color wheel was perfect for creating the bruised, irritated look (around and on the lacerations) that I was going for! No need to reapply however I do use a setting spray after applying my costume makeup. Makeup is creamy and goes on smooth. Good quality makeup for a low cost is the way to go.
