This color wheel was perfect for creating the bruised, irritated look (around and on the lacerations) that I was going for! No need to reapply however I do use a setting spray after applying my costume makeup. Makeup is creamy and goes on smooth. Good quality makeup for a low cost is the way to go.

I got this as part of an acting skit I was doing and wanted to experiment with it and add a realistic element to it. I have no experience working with special effects make up and I was able to do it really easily. I posted a picture to my Snapchat as a joke and everyone was asking me what happened because they thought it was real. Great for Halloween or any costume that requires bruises or marks.

This bruise wheel is amazing and for the price,Im not sorry that I bought this one, instead of the one I really wanted(Ben Nye Master Bruise Wheel). This comes with one less color than the bruise wheels from other brands (Graftobian and Ben Nye) BUT I can get the same results.

My favorite Halloween makeup or dress up for theme parties. With the right setting powder it with last all day and the colors stay bright. The make up itself is smooth and easy to use

Bruise wheel is a staple in any professional face painting or special fx makeup kit. Many companies make a bruise wheel, injury wheel or bruise stack, but I have not found one comparable with Mehrons. While I am a fan of almost all their products, Bruise Wheel is by far my favorite. The cream based makeup is soft, silky and very highly pigmented. A little tap of your finger into the makeup pot is all you need to rub into the skin for a realistic bruising effect. It blends beautifully, and the colors meld together exactly the way I need them to. I have found that the makeup in other cream based bruise wheels and bruise stacks seems to be much firmer and harder, making it harder to apply and blend. Mehron Bruise Wheel has been my go-to bruise simulation makeup for nearly a decade.

My daughter uses it for bruises and she has fooled a lot of people with it.

Amazing ends results! This is my first time trying out fx makeup so I thought I’d start small. So I started with a few bruises. Amazing product for creating bruises! I haven’t tried it for anything else yet but once I get my other supplies I will. Very pleased with this item!

I bought this for a Live Action Roleplay. The makeup stung for a few moments after application but it could just be my skin, which is rather sensitive. The palette is perfect. When applied correctly, it does a really good job of imitating all stages of a bruise. I was able to play one day with a total black eye, and the second day with a half healed black eye. I didnt have to reapply it often to maintain the effect. Excellent product, I am looking into their other products now.

Ordered this for Halloween- and I am not a makeup pro by any means - but I was able to make my skin look bruised with no problems at all ! I also like that it didn’t feel as sticky on the skin as other makeups. I love it and am excited to try it out!
