Kingston 480GB A400 SATA 3 2.5 Internal SSD SA400S37/480G - HDD Replacement for Increase Performance

Use it to upgrade stock hdd of imac 21” late 2009. Works perfectly. Sad that imac only supports sata2 and i couldnt utilize sata3 speed of this ssd. Note for other buyers: make sure to initialize it first for pc to recognize it before install OS.

We use it to record audio from a digital mixer. Works great.

Have been looking for a good SSD for better price to replace my HP Pavilion i5 6GB HDD laptops HDD. This Kingston SSD fulfilled my requirement, the installation process is so simple and I have taken a Windows OS in a Pen drive and easy installation. Within 1 hour I can manage to change and install the Windows 10 OS. After changing I found drastic change in my laptops performance. The boot time is decreased from 2 and half minutes to 20 seconds. Also the browsing and normal PC experience is really great. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

Upgraded my internal drive to SSD. About 3 weeks into it and pleased with the results. Good price, great performance so far.

Computer went from 2.5 minutes to 8 seconds with 4gb of ram to boot from off with fast boot OFF! I cant believe it. Fully operational in 10 seconds. I hit the power button and by time I sit down and make myself comfortable, computer 8s on. Im loading a car repair program that normally takes minutes in 2 seconds.

Super fast and for a great price! Make sure you change you bios settings to UEFI.
