    It does NOT have a touch screen and it has my granddaughter as the owner I dont know how that happened, and Ive tried every way I can to correct that, but nothing I do works. I followed the instructions but in vain. The next time I will buy new. Battery life is long, and I do like that. Quick response on keys. Overall, its okay.

    Buenas tardes, quiero decirle que estoy feliz con mi producto, llego super rápido, la fecha estima de llegada era el 8 de septiembre y me llego el 31 de agosto. Me gusto el color, el tamaño, es muy liviano, por el momento es rápido, solo llevo unas horas con mi Pc en las manos y hasta el momento todo me ha gustado.. Realmente siento que fue super buena mi inversión lo recomiendo.

    Great laptop for school, streaming music, movies etc. It’s also has Microsoft built in for 1 year for free! Which I thought was great. I mainly got it for my daughter to do E Learning for school. It’s also user friendly and the computer has Cortana to help you set things up step by step.

    I was very happy with the laptop but I do college classes on zoom and the PC would break up the whole time I was on there and it doesnt allow many tabs to be open . It starts to run slow. But if you just need a laptop for simple things and you tube or internet searching. This is a great buy !!

    Computer functions fine but speakers are defective with a squealing noise right out of the box. Seller super uncooperative about return for exchange. Several emails trying to negotiate a replacement for a non defective product with no success Told me all laptops have poor sound and I would need to use headphones.
