My network connection kept turning off randomly. It wasn’t through my internet service but issues with the laptop itself. I had to remove the whole back of the laptop, remove the battery hold down the power button for a few seconds then place the battery back in to get it to start working again. FYI, I did this 4 times already and haven’t even had this laptop for 2 whole months yet. I’m looking into the issue a little more before buying a new battery (if that’s the main cause of this). I am extremely disappointed and overwhelmed with this constant issue!

great price for such a powerful laptop. very lightweight and fits all my needs

My old Lenovo laptop began having issues and our local repair person charges a minimum of $100 not counting any needed replacement parts. This new one cost $250 so it was a no brainer. It was super easy to set up and very easy to use. After 24 hour use the only negative is that the screen colors are less vivid that my old one. I tried tweaking the settings but it didnt help. Overall ten stars for this.

Im speechless about this product for the specs of this laptop the price was great, shipping and packaging was superb, and unboxing and setup was a breeze.. the vibrant colors on the screen and cosmetically it is without a scratch...I gave it a well deserved 5 stars...I will purchase again with ANTOnline

Buen equipo, lo que no me agrado fue que pedí 3 laptos de igual caracteristicas (INTEL CELERON N4000) y me enviaron solo 2 iguales, la tercera con caracteristicas diferente (AMD).

I got my laptop today and so far so good. It was very easy to set up and easy to take off S mode.

We returned this. It was awful. And then we were charged a restocking fee for returning it. Do not buy! It took so long to try to download anything and it kept freezing the first day we used it. I can’t imagine what it would be like after it got more items loaded to the computer.

would give 5 stars except i am unable to download the free microsoft 365 b/c they did not supply a code anywhere in the package, other than that i love the computer

Batter life is terrible and it died completely after a year.
