I welcomed the opportunity to evaluate this laptop, especially since I had not used a new one in several years. It was even longer ago that I last played with a touch screen. The quick summary after using the laptop for several weeks is that it is a very solid computer that I would be happy to have chosen out of the field of machines out there today.

This listing specifically describes the 2021 model. Silver. Backlit keyboard. Fingerprint Scanner. They are sending out the 2020 model which the keyboard doesnt light up, it doesnt have the fingerprint scanner, and its not even the same color! I guess people are too dumb to tell the difference.

I got this laptop June of 2021 and was primarily using it only on Sundays at Church to broadcast on Zoom. Just after a year, it stooped working. When I took it to a technician for diagnosis. It came out as Processor is faulty. Over $800 laptop and could not use it for more than a year. Very unacceptable. And it happened shorty after warranty expired. This has been a very disappointing purchase.

I purchased this for my daugther, a rising college freshman. Based on the specs of a Pavilion 360 we researched, we believed this to be a good fit for her needs. We purchased with confidence and assurance from the Amazon description. I read the Q/A section and felt reassured this was a good buy. Unfortunately I did not do a deep dive into the reviews (esp the 2/4 star ratings) as I should have. Now that it has arrived and I have completed the unboxing, I realize that this product is slightly different than I expected.

Most everything about this laptop is very good, and in some cases, great.

This is a very powerful convertible laptop. It can be used as both a laptop and a tablet, meaning you can use Windows on it in two ways. There is standard laptop mode, and then if you flip the display around completely, then you get the touchscreen tablet mode. The laptop does recognize when you are using it in tablet mode and it brings up the onscreen keyboard. The laptop display is 14, and that is a good size for a tablet scree and mobility. The laptop has a premium feel to it. The display is glossy and vibrant with a small bezel.
