Ordered the computer on March 12, 2021 and after only a few months the keyboard is all messed up. I can’t copy and paste with the shortcut functions and I can’t use shift to make Capitol letters on the right side of the keyboard. I spent four hours researching online how to fix this and none of the solutions work. For obvious reasons the keyboard shortcut functions are extremely important and I am not happy that they don’t work after only owning the computer for a few months.

I only gave this computer 3 stars because of the battery life. It was draining while completely shut down, but I updated the BIOS and that problem seems to be taken care of. Still, the battery life is much less than my ASUS ZenBook Flip. Other than that, I like this computer and I think it will do well for doing my schoolwork.

I have an all-in-one desktop HP Pavilion which I like. However, I cannot take it with me and use in the car or on trips. I like the Pavilion laptop even though I am not used to one. I am learning. So far it does everything I need it to do. I am quite pleased with it.

The first one I received quickly locked up and prevented downloading items from Microsoft store or even windows updates. No matter what I tried, it would not work right. During discussions with Amazon to return item, It was recommended that I try another one. I did and that one has worked really, really well. The start up time is pronominal, everything seems to work very well except for the battery life. It goes quickly. However, I am so happy with the rest of the laptop that I have chosen to ignore the number of times I have to hook up to charge. Overall, its a very good laptop which I did not think I would say based on the first one I got. I gave it four stars because of all the problems with the first laptop.

I had an older similar HP laptop and this one has many improvements over it. Keyboard and touch pad are fine. Case is nice even though its made of plastic. The fan is very quiet but it runs pretty cool anyway. It has a flip tablet mode but I think its not useful since the unit is quite heavy. Touchscreen is good but I dont use it much. A few complaints... Display could be brighter. Theres no way you could use it outside. It would be nice if it have a fingerprint reader but I guess thats okay. Its not very fast so dont plan on running games on it.

Great laptop! I gave it 4 stars because it says the keyboard has backlight which it does not.

I use this for both personal and work related matter and it has been great so far! Light weight, but sturdy. I love that the keyboard lights up when you use it in the dark!

Title says it all. The previous owner’s user name came up when I started it.
