    The screen quality is pretty good, I love that I can customize everything. It’s easy to figure out, and the sound is great. I definitely recommend this laptop. It’s perfect for my school work!!

    The computer arrived THREE DAYS before it was scheduled! That was a great help, as it meant that my computer could be synced with my schools computer network, before school started. Im still working on understanding the capabilities and limitations of Chromebook, but so far I like it.

    I dislike setting up new units but this one was fairly easy to do. I am elderly and easily confused by electronics but managed this one ok. I have not set up anything out of the ordinary so can only say I like it for what I do.

    The device refuses to connect to my wifi network. Wasted several precious days off with the utterly useless social media HP support team trying to troubleshoot to no avail. I tried every chatroom and support site fix and nothing worked. Returning and will buy a different brand chromebook altogether. Ive never had a more frustrating experience.
