Greater than one weekCalled HP Corp to troubleshoot the non power issue. This is a plug and play ... right how simple can you get. After being transferred to numerous places HP Corp the tech said I have a power cord issue..we need to send you a new one. Now I’m Transferred to warranty and no one knew how to send a power cord. Sat on hold for 45 min. As I kept explaining my issue to different people who pop on the telephone line. I Gave up.. packed up computer and sent back to Amazon. Amazon Refund process was no issue.

> 3 dayI LOVE this computer! The touchscreen is a good option, although I prefer using a mouse. I dont do heavy gaming, so I cant speak to that specific topic, but the monitor image quality is great for my purposes. I use my computer for web-surfing, YouTube videos, Office applications, Printshop, Hallmark Card Studio, email, Jacquie Lawson e-cards and Advent calendars, Microsoft games, and desktop publishing. I have had absolutely no difficulty with any of these programs and applications.

> 3 dayOne aspect I really liked was that it was very easy to setup and restore files from my old PC. The AIO is very appealing to the eye, and boots up fast (I have the 16GB model). The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the camera quality is average, and with everyone spending more time with virtual meetings its too bad HP didnt incorporate a top-notch camera (I would have paid extra for this). I dont use the touch screen feature and would rather have a higher definition camera, otherwise Im very happy with my AIO!
