This computer starts up quickly. I like the face recognition feature - no need to remember passcode. I like the 27 screen - can have multiple things open during Zoom meetings and still see everyone and everything. Touch screen works very well. Set up and transferring files from laptop was very easy with OneDrive. Everything works very well with no glitches. The only thing I needed to adjust for was the wide angle camera. On Zoom meetings, participants were seeing more of my surroundings than me so I needed to move closer to the screen (cant figure out if theres a way to change camera settings to compensate). Other than that, two thumbs up!!

This is the 2nd HP all-in-one computer I have had and I love it. Sure hated to replace the first one, which I had for 8 years, updating over the years, from Windows 8 to Windows 10 with no problems. Until the last time when windows updated and I lost audio. There was no HP audio drive to fix the problem. Which is strange because this one has audio that works just fine. Love that I dont have to worry about cables all over the place. This one has a tilt screen so I can adjust it when Im on zoom instead of having to sit on a pillow. The camera is good and I like the way it hides in the back when Im not using it. Theres a goofy little tag on the lower right side; the brand name of the sound, but I can live with it. Right after I got it, I called customer support at Amazon for a minor question and they responded quickly and were very helpful

You would think that a $1500 computer would have all the programming included to do COMMON tasks that people do on their computers, right?

Fast, easy to use, up to date with Windows 11, I dont see the need for the touch screen, but it works, camera makes me look small compared with the room.

I let my 70 year old stepmom set up this all in one computer. I wanted to see if someone who isn’t tech savvy could do it. She found it to be easy peasy. Had it set up and was using it in no time.
