Arrived today, set up chromebook. Touchscreen does not work. I was on hold forever and ever w/ customer service with no response. Any ideas to get it working. Amazon shipped something different to me.

I bought this for my child and so far so good, no complaints. Good visual, touch screen works, can also game to a certain extent. Lets you play roblox and mindcraft. Battery life fine no issues with that. Pretty darn good computer.

Purchased 2 of these for my 10-year old twins to use for virtual learning. They like them - touchscreen and touchpad are easy to use. After 14 months, 1 of them completely crashed (the other is still fine). I did not purchase a protection plan so we are out of a $200 laptop. This is probably the only time we could have actually used it!

We bought 2 of these in September for virtual learning. Both of these computers started out OK, they’re both incredibly slow and despite multiple attempts to fix this, it did not work. Within 5 months one of them just stopped working and won’t even turn on. This is a great brand which is why I purchased these, but I think these are refurbished and selling as new because there is reason for a computer to stop working within 5 months. The computers were not used for school use, so they weren’t overused or obtained a virus because the school network is very restricted. Not acceptable and do not recommend.

This one is larger, 14 inches as compared to the 11 inch, bigger is better....

this device is exactly what our company needed to do our online training with staff. We could not be happier with the device or with the price
