Edit: I saw a review below and want to add, our internet has also been very weird since we started using this chromebook. I dont know whats wrong but internet is very unstable and zoom calls are a nightmare on this computer. All the other devices work absolutely fine.

Bought this chromebook January 2, 2021 - died March 18, 2022! Second HP product Ive purchased that has not last long. Chromebook was only used to play games on maybe 2-3 hours per night. Should have lasted alot longer than what it did. No more HP products for me! Second one that did not last long.

Bought for wife facebook and online shopping

Product does everything advertised; Fast, lightweight,great battery life

Product would not turn on / charge after 2 years of occasional use. Seller will not help.

Software or mechanical problem would not let me download apps.

Does not upgrade or stay charged long
