Acquistato per sostituire lhard-disk dal mio pc. Appena sostituito non potevo credere al cambio di prestazioni, il pc si accende in meno di 10 secondi. Assolutamente consigliato.

Performs on about the same level as a Samsung Evo 860 SATA SSD.

Took several tries to get the cloning software to work. Finally able to clone and install. Works great now !

Ive had many SSD hard drives, mostly either Crucial or Samsung brand. This one is less than a year old and died. Fortunately I was able to clone it onto another SSD. You can bet my new one is not Crucial brand!

I bought this SSD Crucial MX500 drive (500 gb) to replace my 10 year old 200 gb HD in my Sony Visio Laptop VGN-FW 290 (J). The old laptop has Blu-ray drive and beautiful Screen so I mainly use it to view Blu-Ray in Bead with wife. It has been very slow (5 minutes) to boot up. With the new Drive (SSD), it boots in 25 seconds and ... feels like a new computer. Very happy with this drive and it worked very easily. SW on their web page a bit difficult to use but figured it out. Would by again.

I upgraded my aging laptop from a 750Gb HD to the Crucial MX500 SSD and am using the HD as a data storage drive. It has made a huge difference. Very speedy both booting and operationally. Great value for the money.
