Greater than one weekDrive could not be picked up in Bios, * even did an update to Bios with no luck * Also tried a USB to SATA and still nothing. Drive is DOA.. Also noticed that some decals/sticker was removed from the packaging before they sealed it up . Maybe a 2nd hand drive. Learned my lesson and sticking with Brands I know like Samsung, Western Digital and SanDisk.

Just connect it as an external drive and reboot your Mac OS-x (Ctrl R) and reinstall Mac OS-x Sierra or mauve and restart your computer then insert your new SSD drive into your MacBook! I had a MacBook Pro (2010) model and its working great so far! faster, and got the newest update.
