> 24 hourWas not sure if this would work on fabrics to tie on labels and these are sharp enough to do that but they are not my go to needles for this purpose. Found hand quilting needles from various vendors that accomplish that.

> 24 hourThese needles are great but if you are using them for embroidery (especially if practicing for the first time) then be wary that they have a difficult time getting through the fabric that you can get in bulk. If you use something to help assist in pulling it through other than your hand the needle will break. They are nice and sharp and I would recommend them for fabrics that are lighter and less weighted.

> 24 hourNot as nice as John James needles, but a very nice quality. The eyes are smooth and easy to thread with crewel wool or embroidery floss, and the price is reasonable. I prefer chenille needles for crewelwork.

> 24 hourI bought these for my renewed interest in embroidery. I didnt read the description properly. I thought I was getting 14 needles, but its 16 packs of 14! So the price is excellent. I like the needles. They dont snag, are sharp and go through the fabric cleanly. Only disadvantage for me is they are quite short. My other needles Im used to are longer and a little easier to use. Shortest is 3.5cm, longest is 4.5.
