> 24 hourIve been battling this computer for a month now. Customer service has failed with HP. They dont call back and they dont seem to have any solution other than sending back at my cost. I am in zoom classes for college and I cant afford to be without a computer. You would think that in the current world situation that they could be a little more accomodating. I have done all that I can do. I have finally determined that it is a memory module problem. If you find a company that can help you, I would suggest you go with them and not hp.

It doesnt work for my purposes so I returned it. Pretty disappointed that this is not communicated better on the page.

> 24 hourI purchased this for my son for distant learning. Every hour, NOT exaggerating, he has to reboot because the computer freezes. We tried updates and that didn’t work either. He cannot participate in school chats because the computer lags so badly. My daughter has a Dell that we bought from the Microsoft store and it works perfectly. It’s frustrating enough to be home schooling during these times, this is the LAST thing I need. Now, the left side of the mouse has lifted and is no longer operable.

> 24 hourI liked this laptap until it quit working after 10 days.I could not access the internet.I thought it was an internet problem until I found out my older laptap could access the internet.Tried all the fixes on the new laptop and nothing worked.Went through the trouble shooter which informed me it was a bad driver.My older laptop is over 3 yeasrs old and was a replacement as the original went out after 3 days.Both models were of HP manufacture.I reordered a different brand because of this..Hopefully this solves my problem.

> 24 hourI bought this computer on 10/1 for my daughters new job. It was easy to set up, light, and fast (with bare-bones apps). Ill update once she starts using it for work and lets me know how it is.

> 24 hourI see lots of posts complaining it comes with Windows 10S Home and not Windows 10 Home, but its an easy switch. Searching the settings allows you to switch versions and download any app you need. The SSD makes for a super-fast boot. The size does limit the amount you can put on that but an external drive or even an SD card will help with that. Its even good enough to upgrade to Windows 11! One drawback is when doing heavy graphic or file conversion it does slow down and get hot, the core temp peeks around 90C.

> 24 hourI purchased this laptop and received it quickly. I am sorry that I ever purchased this. In order for the screen to be clear and crisp, the screen has to be tilted in an unnatural position -- far back. In addition, although I just purchased it brand new, HP is giving me only 8 months warranty instead of 12 months. I guess Amazon had this laptop since March, so that is the date they want to use for the warranty. I have been on the phone with HP all afternoon, and I am up to 4 hours now. I have been transferred to many people, and no one seems to be able to fix the screen /picture issues. The laptop also got stuck on night mode when we tried to make adjustments! The model is apparently quite outdated (which I did not know), and HP has me downloading update after update to no avail. Save yourself some aggravation. DO NOT BUY THIS!
