Nice looking computer when you open it. The fan started immediately running and never shuts off for longer than maybe 5 seconds. It’s loud. Like really loud. After getting MS office installed and using it, the screen randomly blacks out. This happened within 2-3 days of opening it and using it. I would have to restart the computer and lost my work. Gave it another chance and it seemed fine for one day. The next day same thing; blacking out. The fan is extremely annoying. Sent this back and ordered a Dell with nearly the same specs, no issues at all. Also the noise pad is super annoying. Has buttons on it you have to click rather than clicking the mouse pad.

Problems started about 1 month after purchase. 1day after return date,of course!!! Freezes every 5 minutes or so. Tech support,NO help so far. Also had trouble getting it to charge. Had to get tech support twice. Big mistake!!!

My niece needed a laptop for her remote learning. She loves this laptop.

I liked the SSD and how fast it boots. The storage is sufficient for my needs.

I was looking for a laptop that did not have Windows 10 Home in S Mode. I cannot find anywhere for this product in its descriptions that it would be in S Mode. The product descriptions only read Windows 10 Home so this is clear to me false advertisement as you can only install Microsoft verified applications. Might not seem like a big deal for most unless you specifically did not want Windows 10 Home in S Mode when purchasing Windows 10 Home.

Very nice laptop. Was nervous ordering online. But very happy with product.

Did not like Windows S. Battery life not mentioned in specs and only about 5 or 6 hours.

Feels cheap made. Rough around top edges doesn fit together good. But over all works good.

The laptop seemed a bit inferior, despite the cost. The screen display was not sharp and appeared a bit pixelated. I got refurbished vibe
