Installed and working in under 2 minutes. Small and compact. Does not stick out like a sore thumb. So far, so good. It certainly extends the signal throught the house.

Easy setup. It only took 5 minutes to get it up and running. Very happy with the product!

It did take me awhile to figure out how to use it. It must be configured with a smartphone and not the computer and it needs a MAC address of the device who will be accessing your network via the extender. Works great - great price. I use it for extended range with IP cams.

We were having a lot of issues with out ISP provided modem/wifi router. Ethernet was fine, but wifi was always problematic. I ended up getting this to use as an access point and wow does it work. My phone speed went from under 20Mbps to 90mbps!! No more interruptions or interference either.

I hate when I have to deal with things like routers, etc. Things never go as planned. And neither did this. You are supposed to see the TP network so you can install the extender. Of course, the TP network did not show up. So, I called tech support who told me what to do (hold in the reset button with a paperclip for 10 seconds) and it was smooth sailing from then on. I love my extender.

I purchased this for my father-n-law so he could have wifi in his garage. He always complained the wifi in the home did not reach outdoors where he spends most of his time working on cars. Their router is roughly 30 ft from the wifi range extender so we tested the limits. We first placed the extender in their dining room which was 12-13 ft away from the router in their bedroom. We only got 1 bar when we headed to his garage which is then 26 ft from the dining room. So I decided to move the extender into their second garage which shares a wall with his primary garage. The signal increased to all bars and he was able to comfortably use wifi in his garage while he reviews vehicle schematics & service manuals. Hes a master technician for Toyota so he works a lot in his garage during his days off.

Im a tech capable person, but not an expert. Our router is on the second floor of the front of our house. There was a dead spot in the back corner of the first floor. Of course, this is where we have a tv with a FireStick. Even a new router we got still had trouble reaching the corner so wed randomly drop wifi or streaming would freeze. I got this extender because it got decent reviews, I know netgear, and the specs seemed to be what I needed. I was a bit nervous that the signal still wouldnt reach the dead spot.First the not perfect part. Setting up from an iphone was super easy, except that I lost the sign-in page a couple times for no apparent reason. Once I had to restart the process. The other time, I was done, but hadnt clicked the final finished or other closing button. Everything did work after a few minutes, however. Besides that hiccup, it couldnt have been easier to set up.The performance has been everything I could have hoped for. I did, however, only plug this in 12 hours ago. I placed the extender on the same floor as the router towards the back of the house about 35 feet away. In the dead spot, I measured 10/10 download/upload from the router (and I had lost the connection on the first try). On the extended network 5g I got 46/27 and on the 2g I got 24/28. For reference, I top out at 60/60 on the router. I have not tried streaming video yet.

Es ist nicht viel, was man von einem Kabel sagen kann, wenn man kein Techniker ist, außer es funktioniert in gewollter Art und Weise. Das ist hier der Fall. Das Kabel ist robust, nicht zu dick, nimmt nicht Funkstörungen aus der Umgebung auf, die Stecker passen und brechen nicht bei erster Gelegenheit ab, wie ich es schon erlebt habe. Und der Preis ist günstig.

I am an IT professional and needed to replace a failed WFi at home. The extender met the need, was easy to install and performed as expected. This is a great choice when you need both 2.4/5 GHz bands even if you only hsve 2.4 GHz from you main WiFi. Great price from a reputable manufacturer.
