25-09-2024I got this when it was on sale for my PS5 so that I didnt have to play hot potato with hdd storage anymore and its honestly one of the best decisions Ive DONE. Its very easy to install, all you need is a screwdriver for 2 bolts. After a couple of weeks of use I havent noticed any real difference in loading speed between this and the PS5 native ssd, it feels just right. If you need extra storage, I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayI buy this because Im happy the initial storage of the PS5 is (less than 500Gb) so with the 2TB, I was able to install most of my games including the PS4 versions but like other reviews mention, make sure you get the one with the heatsink, because sometimes the console can get quite hot after long sessions of use.
