currently not using full speed because of my motherboard pcie is 3.0, upgrading soon to get max speeds, got it at sale near gen3 ssd prices so why not, runs just a little warm with motherboard heatsink, would not recommend using it without one

So this item took over a week to arrive. I open the box and what I found was a hard drive in a zip lock bag. Who in their right mind would think this is ok? Im not sure if I should try installing it (cause I really need it) or send it back.

Its really fast and boot time is crazy fast. I am a developer with minimal gaming here and there. Overall, it gets the job done in absolutely no time.
