Easy to set up and operate. Plug in a streaming player and youre ready to go. Nice and bright display and quiet operation. The external audio jack is great to plug in a bass amp for big sound.

This is fantastic and I used it at chistmas for out door Christmas movies. People drive by and would watch. I even had my neighbors come with their lsen chairs to watch a Christmas movie! It was crisp and clear and super easy to use. I plugged it into another speaker full full sound. It was a huge hit! Cant wait to have a movie night this summer with our neighbors. I wish it had a lense protector though. I kept the box, and store it in there. Honestly big bang for your dollar! I bought a grey see through type of screen, but a white sheet will work too. The remoted is easy to navigate. It took me 10 minutes to set up. Ran movies off my cell phone, then my lap top. It does not have a port for flash drives. No USB which is another little ding. But not enough to give it 4 stars. You have 1 HDMI port, 1 VGA port, 1 AUX port, and 1 for a micro USB, which nothing I had fit into it. You can use it for business, indoor/outdoor movies, or decorating. Game night in your garage for the guys! It offers rear projection too.

I purchased my unit straight from ViewSonic through Amazon. It was a total nightmare. They sent me a product the pixels were already going out on it they tried to tell me it was dust. I said does dust make perfectly round white circles on the screen? I sent photos then they tried telling me that there might’ve been a bubble in the lens. Fortunately I knew exactly what it was it was the DMD chip. The resolution was already going out on this unit and it was brand new. They claim that they test their products before they send them out there’s even a sticker on the side of the box that says they do. They totally wasted my time and here we are 2 1/2 weeks later and I finally got my money back. The quality of the unit was mediocre at best. I will never buy another ViewSonic again.

WOW, this really worked great. I have been researching for outdoor models for at least 3 weeks, and to be honest, there really wasnt one good website that really explained how projectors work. Im still new to it myself, but we just had our 9 year old sons birthday party on Saturday, and the projector looked fantastic! It was bright enough to use it at 6pm (east coast), and looked brilliant at 8:30p and on. I was a little worried about the the light getting to hot, but the fan did its job and it never faltered! While I was researching, this model kept coming up on the list, and again, I was worried about brightness, resolution, how big I could get the picture, so I just kind of winged it and I couldnt be more happy! So heres my list of parts and extras that I bought. Of course, this model projector, a NIERBO 150 Inch Projector Screen (really only needed a 120 inch one), and a TaoTronics Bluetooth 4.1 Transmitter / Receiver, 2-in-1 Wireless 3.5mm Adapter. I built my own screen stand out of simple pine and a couple heavy posts. If youd like more info on that, feel free to email me at [email protected]. The screen looked great and the picture was fantastic. The TaoTronics Bluetooth receiver was so I could use my large Bluetooth speaker for the audio. It was all very simple to set up, and the party went off without a hitch. My son and his friends had a blast playing Fortnite on the XBOX One on a huge screen. Nice work ViewSonic!

Awesome projector for an office, but were using it outside. Could not be happier! We have Wi-Fi in our backyard and I can just plug in Google Chromecast and send stuff straight from my phone to the projector. Awesome!
