So far, this is one of my favorite Amazon purchases. Before, just the thought of having to use my laptop was draining because it was extremely slow. Now my laptop is so fast. I wish I had bought this years ago. 7 years and counting with my laptop.

Just perfect for my 2012 MacBook Pro

Easy to install and it was recognized as 16gb by my mid 2012 Mac Pro. So far it didnt do much to increase speed I have 50% off my disk space but ended up deleting apps, downloads and my trash to help boost performance. Ill update this as time goes on. I should have upgraded to an SSD first I would have seen better results.

Excellent produit

Excellent product, I was a little afraid that they would not work but when I installed them they worked perfectly, now I have a much faster computer. I asked them to arrive in Lima-Peru and they arrived at my apartment in two days. Im very happy. recommended.

Nice 16 GB ram I installed in my late 2011 15inch MacBook pro working smoothly and very good recommended upgrade if your Mac start up slowly with SSD instead of HD its like new device.

Works great in my late 2012 27 Core i5 iMac. It happily hums along with lots of memory now. Snapped in the back just fine.

Honestly, you dont need name brand RAM. That being said, this is a Hynix brand by timetec so its comparable to your OEM RAM type when you purchased you macbook pro. For $89.99 plus tax, this was a deal! As RAM is RAM, as long as the qualifications are met, you dont need to pay more as it offers the same, if not, better performance than the more expensive ones. Installing it in Macbook Pro mid 2012 was a snap, I didnt even need to remove the battery connection. Just discharge your static electricity by touching a metal frame, and blow the dust off your components while its still open. Turning on the macbook pro, I verified that it had 16 gb RAM total. I then performed a Memtest on the RAM (took me 30 minutes) but it verified that the RAM was in good working order and nothings wrong with it. And to top it all off, the product package says MADE IN USA. Other pricey rams are made in China (assembled in USA) or Taiwan or Philippines, but not this one. Im surprised this RAM by TimeTec doesnt get more reviews compared to other companies.
