26-09-2024Upgraded an old (late 2011) Macbook pro from 4 GB RAM to 16 GB. Delivery was on time or early, packaging was great, and installation was easy. I was looking at a couple of other RAM products before purchasing this and didnt notice that this was 1600MHz vs. the 1333 MHz OEM RAM. No issue though. The computer recognized it perfectly and shows it correctly as 16 GB of 1600 RAM in the System Information.

Greater than one weekPut this in my Mac mini (late 2012) all I can say is wow! I was running off of 4GB and using another 7GB of virtual memory. Now the whole computer is lightning quick running off of these bad boys. Seeing the difference inspired me to also get an internal SSD, that gave a performance upgrade as well but nowhere near what the Ram did for me.
