Good quality. Works great. I use them in my Singer Heavy Duty 4423. I use these needles with thicker threads like 40 or 30 weight or with metallic thread & so far so good

I purchased these to use with the new Metallic thread that I ordered for my new Brother Stellaire Embroidery only, XE1. But I ended up using the regular needle that came with the embroidery machine, and it embroidered very well with the needle already in the machine. I just slowed down my speed from the max embroidery speed of 1050 stitches per minute to 700 and it did very well. I dont know if I need these needles, but I will keep them for later use. They arrived packaged well

I wanted to do some machine embroidery and kept getting frustrated. I bought these, and can actually sew with 2 or 3 different threads at the same time, to make the stitching more visible. Happy to have learned this little trick
