> 24 hourThe richness of the sounds and custom profiles are a great feature. The location aware feature can get really annoying if left on when youre static.

> 24 hourSound skipping. Replaced new item and issue remains. Noise cancellation works good. But Sony shouldn’t make such mistakes

> 24 hourThe sound and noise canceling features are amazing. The headset is comfortable and for virtually any size as I let my 3 year old try them on and they fit his head. I first bought Sonys MDR-NC500-D when they came out 10 years ago, but later tried both the Bose QC25 and QC35s as they were gifts. The sound was good, but when my daughter borrowed the QC35s, this gave me the reason I need to go back to Sony and Im glad I spent the extra money. Have the option to customize the headphone sound with the mobile app and connect two devices at the same time is great, but ultimately its the sound that matters and Sony is just a better pair of headphones in my opinion.

> 24 hourNo real cons. I paid $275 for them and they are hands down the best headphones I have ever owned. The noise cancelling is awesome at work.
